Cooking & Baking Hardware I Would Love to Own January 9

Some people like to buy clothes, other like to buy books. Me, I'm different. I was just browsing William Sonoma's site, looking to see if they had mini cheesecake pans (ahem, for this recipe) and got caught up looking at everything I would want to order from there if I had $500 to spend.

Yup, that's what I would buy if I was given that money. There's probably other things that I would buy that are related to cooking but that's all I can think of at the moment. :P

Update: See, I'm ALWAYS looking up hardware I don't really need, but this time it's actually practical! I don't have a instant read thermometer... or normal thermometer for that matter. But we won't go there.

I want a sugar/candy thermometer to make marshmallows and peanut brittle and toffee!

Do you already have most of those things and just want new ones? :P I mean, no one in my family is crazy about cooking/baking but we have almost all of those things!

I've started to just add things on Amazon to a wishlist so I can keep track of items I want to buy. I know a few other websites have their own versions but if they sell on Amazon, I just keep it all centralized.

On your list I already have the pastry scraper, whisks & the 11pc round cookie cutter set. Thanks for the letting me know that Walmart has those ramekins. I've been meaning to buy some for awhile but haven't really looked at prices near here. I'll probably go with this set instead: http://bit.ly/8euK7y.
